Relaytour Cloud

What we take care of

Server

An installation in your name, in France

Your organization gets its own installation: its database, its accounts and its sessions.
The server is located in France, at OVHcloud.
Your space answers at your-organization.relaytour.app, or at your own domain as an option.

Backups

A backup every night

We back up your database every night.
An encrypted copy goes every night to storage located in Paris.
We keep the last 14 days, then one backup per month for 6 months.
We restore your database when needed.

Emails

The emails go out for you

Relaytour sends sign-in codes, invitations, reminders and digests.
A provider located in France sends them from a dedicated domain, authenticated by SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
Each email carries your organization’s name, and replies reach your address.

Updates

The latest version of the software

We install new versions of Relaytour, with their security fixes.
We run the code of the public repository, without any private patch.
The notes of each version appear in the application.

The contract

A service set out in writing

A contract and a data processing agreement

The terms of sale govern the service. We sign with you a data processing agreement under Article 28 of the GDPR.

An invoice to your organization

You pay by card, by SEPA direct debit or by bank transfer on invoice. Each payment comes with an invoice.

Fourteen days to change your mind

After your first payment at the end of the trial, you have 14 days to withdraw, with a full refund.

No loss at the end of a subscription

At the end of the term, your installation stays readable for 30 days, then it is suspended for 60 days. We hand over your data before any deletion.

Support by email

A support address replies within five business days. It also handles export and restoration requests.

Six months’ notice

If we stop the service, we notify you six months in advance and we hand over your data. The software stays free.
